Global Ban evading[Already Banned]

Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

1. Your ingame name:DiggyCheese
2. The offender's exact ingame name: MrPickle2
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: So, yesterday I reported somebody called MrPickle1 and they got banned, today I found out a MrPickle 2 exists and I knew it was him, I tried to get proof for hacking but every time somebody was near him he stopped but most games he went under the map, he never admitted to this but here was my try to make him admit.
