      2. The offender's exact ingame name: WungsanV2
      3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Ban Evading
      4. Evidence/full screenshots: He told me, dont have any screenshots. Just IP check him.

      Unless you have evidence of the player doing something wrong, there's no reason to check them.
