3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: still doing the same thing! cussing and greifing me!

I'm sorry, but we need a picture or something as proof, because even if your friend 'saw it'. You could easily lie about the situation, sorry. I'll give you 12hrs to try and get more evidence.
