You will need to have your friend forward the Buycraft receipt email to [email protected] with a short description of the issue

 

Has the rank come through yet? If not, you will need to do what Matt said to do, that is the only way to get a rank fixed. Closing this since you have been instructed on how to get the rank fixed.
