3. Aviators promised me VIP if i pay 1.3k. I paid him 1.3k and he stated that he did not receive the money although I clearly gave it to him in the chatbox.

You have already reported this and I denied it. There isn't enough information in the screenshot for us to be able to ban him over this. Like I said earlier, we need both users agreeing to the trade, you paying him, and then him not following through on the trade. Please do not post this again unless you have more evidence.
