I had this same issue when I was a player. I was informed "You bid at your own risk" Sorry, but this isn't auc scamming. By rule , Auc scamming is auctioning a falsely named item. Such as 1 steak, labled as a Super Golden Apple, which leads gullible players to bid. I apologize friend, but this is invalid.
