I feel as if this wouldn't be enough to punish, it is clear that the player is stating that they have videos/screenshots of you breaking a rule it seems and they stated that you will suffer because of this. I personally wouldn't consider this a death wish. Thank you for the report. Unfortunately the evidence provided is insufficient.
