Unfortunately since they did not offer you something to tpa, this isn't considered tp trapping. If they were to have said, tpa for free gear (or something similar to that) then it would be considered tp trapping. You were the one that asked for the tpa, and when you do that you risk being killed when you request it. Yes, you did say don't kill me but that was after your request had already been accepted.
