      3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He said on chat and on a sign on his plot that i tried to scam him a Tyrant 502.

      I'm not quite sure what you are reporting here? But with the evidence you posted within this report, I see no rules broken so I am going to have to deny this for lack of evidence. Im sorry.
