I don't think this player was using the hacks you stated in the report. It looks like they simply were just trying to mimic hacks to look blatant which a lot of players do. In my opinion, if this was aimlock, he would have hit the player on the wall as soon as his head snapped, not on the last snap when he was facing the guy. Thank you for the report.
