3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: He is ban evading and hacking on an alt he claims he "hacked"
4. Evidence/full screenshots. I just want him IP checked because after I would kill ace123jimbobJr then he would immediately 20 sec later come back and start attacking me on YungBoyardeee. If that's possible to IP check (asking an admin).
