A skyblock scam

Today Changin came online and said to be upgrading people for ingame cash, I tried it out with 30k and afterwards he said he was upgrading. After this he said he had internet problems and couldnt do it and would give a refund and logged off. he later came online and got 110k from Seancyclone2 and didnt give his either and logged off. A while later he came online and said trading 140k for op prison money.

The first thing I hope ofcourse is for this person get permanent ban to prevent the further scamming of other people. I also hope if he gets banned there would be a way to get the lost money back for both Seancyclone2 me and others that might report him. I do understand if this wouldnt be possible but would be happy if you considered it.
