There is no proof of them abusing any glitch, or using /shop : in a harmful way. Unless they were to use the shop glitch to kill people or something of the sort, they are not breaking any rules or causing any harm. I'm not going to ban them; but I will strongly advise them not to use shop items outside of a skywars game. Thank you for the report, locking.
