2.The offender's forums account name (link to profile): This player does not have a Forums account name but his in-game name is _ApexTurbo_ and he is the rank of [God].

3.A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: This player scammed me on OPPvP for 6k in-game and in exchange he would buy me the rank [MVP] however he has obviously not done it.

There is no evidence here that you actually paid him the 6k also we do not accept cropped screenshots

 

If you do not believe me then ask Sicairos he has a whole video about it but I will send more proof then
Also ask the whole server they witnessed it happening so if you don't believe me then ask everyone else
