Ok first things first. Having alts is allowed. The only time an in-game alt is not allowed is when the user is banned on their main/another alt and using the current one to evade on. Should Princess have used a better choice of words and maybe not been so abrasive? Yes I agree, it was quite unprofessional and she will learn from this. If this continues to be a problem then we will address it. Thank you for the report.
