It's really not. When I'm in-game and people say to me "nice hacks" I respond with "thanks". This is does not prove that I am a hacker.
You have to have proof of the person hacking, not them saying that they "hack".
It doesn't matter if someone "admits" to hacking, you have to have proof.

I have 3 plots right at /warp plots. I spent a lot of time waiting for those plots to expire battling the other people.
I do think this is a good idea, but as soon as you are free you could just claim an area and place your own iron blocks.
