Capes were removed due to EULA

Wait I don't get how capes aren't eula complient

So everyone who bought a MV Cape can't use it anymore? Because of the EULA

It can't have been removed because of the eula. It gives no advantages over other players.

And if it was removed why can I still do /capes?
