IB is college courses while AP is college prep. Some high schools don't accept IB but if you were ever to go out of the country for school, they'll take ur IB credits

That credit can only be used inside the country not outside. It depends on where you know u wanna go

So far I've done: Government, World History, Biology. The college I wanted to go to bumped up the AP exam score requirement after I finished so idk if I got college credit for Government (last year) tho
