I found a used MacBook Air on Amazon for around $230... Hoping it's actually useable. I'll have to end up getting something around that price; but I really want a MacBook Air

I would never use apple products for gaming (if you're going to get it for minecraft) It's pretty bad for minecraft but besides gaming in general, MacBooks are pretty good for movies, school and such.

You should definitely get a MacBook. According to that price it's pretty affordable. Ive had it for about 2yrs and use it for literately everything. so far I've never had an issue with it being slow/laggy.

Another pro is you have a high chance of it not getting hacked unless you go on some weird illegal website LOL

http://goo.gl/V2BB4a can easily get specs upgraded. My friend upgraded his from 4gb ram to 8, and got a 1tb hd. I had one too. Ran about 60-80 fps.

I also hooked it up via HDMI to my 2nd monitor if the laptop screen is too small. You can get the laptop at Walmart if you don't wanna get it online.

You shouldn't go for anything in those price ranges. Since they will break down in time or have some type of malfunctions. If it were just for school work/business it's alright but not specifically good for gaming wise.

I've come to a variety of MacBook air's that are in the $550 range. I think that's what I'm going to end up getting.
