Skywars was a seperate server owned by Noobcrew and cyp, they merged which means if you you get banned on Skywars you will be banned on Mineverse. Vice versa meaning that if you are banned on lobby it will ban you on Skywars too.

If it says that, then probably. That's why you have the ability to appeal if you feel the ban wasn't right.
