This will make your 3rd ban, which means you have received two bans in your past. That is the reason I have not unbanned you.

As for the user BAB199, I have not banned that user before. It isn't my call on whether another moderator thinks the user should be unbanned.

So what your saying is that u prefer other people to get unbanned but not me and i've played this server for a really long time.

All staff has it own banning system, I for example permanently ban people once they crossed the line with ban max has his own and he has rights to decide his own. This is completly fair and you should accept the punishment that max gave you.
