How are YOU planning on fixing the server lag?

Oh, your connection TO the server. First off, did it used to be good? 2nd, how many people are in your household using the internet at once, as that can drop your ping. Are you running anything else that is connected to the internet on your computer?

Yea, when i first join (1 year ago) it was 32ms and then it was 203 and know 400ms.

Maybe you need to upgrade your router, or get a different ISP?
