3. Given LOTS of negative ratings to me and a couple of other users. I believe the user should be punished and the ratings given removed. I understand some were a couple of days ago, but I have solid proof of him doing it TODAY.

Might 'technically' not be abused, but they're clearly trying to 'toe the line' with this.

 

Its definitely not abuse. While there are many ratings, look at the times they were given. Maybe he just doesn't like anything. I don't know. But I don't see abuse here. Sorry.
