Offenders Exact IGN : PlatinumMarks
What they did : PlatinumMarks scammed me from getting me the Elite upgrade, they asked for $1500 in game money in exchange for the upgrade, and they didn't get it. They also lied about paying my money back but as my balance says Im still well below $1500.
