A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Well I know that one of the rules in being a guard is to help and respond to a players needy but I was asking these 2 guards for something and they dont respond, ive been asking the same question for 30 minutes to 1 hour and some players told me they were afk and I got mad because someone put lava on me and guards are afk when im messaging them.

If you're reporting a moderator please make sure you have solid evidence or don't make a thread at all. If you false report a moderator just to get them demoted you will be punished.

I understand, I am trying my hardest to be as active on the forums, as well as in game. I am here for YOU guys. Please, remember that.

 

Being afk for hours doesn't mean they're online but walking around the house or something. It means they are on the forums, checking reports, maybe dealing with prison related reports on the forums. This was definitely not intentional of them.
Resolved & lack of evidence, archiving.

 

Next time lets not be so quick to archive.
We could all learn from this report, myself included.
Evidence or not it's the players perspective and view of what's going on, and that is what matters. His/her experience. He seems genuine. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, just wanting people to be more available.
I am afk quite too often in game. This report could've very easily been about me.

I'm not even sure if Dirty saw this report before it was closed and archived...

We are forever learning. Growing. We need to remember that so we stay teachable. No one is perfect, me included. I see this report as a great lesson for myself.

This report for me was actually a learning experience. People want help, that is what I signed up for. I didn't sign up for my own purpose and to fight people when they give me this criticism. I accept this. I actually want to wait for Dirty to see this. Maybe, every staff see it. I am so active on the forums, but hardly in game. I realized I NEED to talk to people in game, and atleast try to help them. Like I said, it is what we signed up for.
