Kit PvP Avisa using Hacks on Kit PvP[Already Banned][Muse]

3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: They were using hacks, on the video go to 00:15 seconds to see it. This player quickly turned around and was easily hitting me even though it looked like he was blocking.
