I'm posting because it does deal with me due to the fact that those are from the report I made about you, and no, he doesn't take sides.
If you want the staffs to do their jobs, then let them. You are making this hard for them, they haven't even been staff for a month yet. The staffs are required to hear both sides of the story before making a decision, Grayson found a side of the story that is believable.
