Survival colinbeballin making a confession[Lack of Evidence][Exstat]

Situation: Coh_ threatened colinbeballin as seen in my last report. The situation is actually that colinbeballin was being a nuisance to many people, especially Coh_ as stated by various witnesses. I doubt this report will actually get me somewhere, given the fact that it's just a screenshot of someone saying something, but unless you are willing to do so, are you able to do something about this? Because Coh_ simply got a bit agitated and let that threat spill out, which is reasonable because of how much colinbeballin was irritating him. So, I don't think there's any reason to ban him. Here is the confession. I'm not sure if this is valid, though...
