First of all she/he was running far to quickly for minecraft without hacks second of all in the server of the video she/he is hitting my through the stairs

 

Really hard to tell here. If you'd started recording a little earlier that would've been find, but since we can't see much of the wall hitting to prove it, the hits could be coming from anywhere at that very moment. Also, with the new infection the speed was made higher, that's what it looks like here.
