Okay, so. The screenshots show him saying "scamming is not bannable" there is no proof in neither of these screenshots proving that he scammed you. If you were to report someone for scamming I would recommend you taking a video of the whole deal. This being said, there is not enough evidence so I am going to have to deny this report.
