Well, I will be amazed if he could hack you. I would just ignore him, he can't hack you, he's just saying that to be a "troll". Also I would point out you did make him say that by saying "You're getting banned". You don't need to say anything if they are hacking, just record and report. So. Just ignore him, and he will stop.
