Where exactly are you seeing a head snap? The player you are reporting was on the screen for a micro second.

 

Watch till 9 and you can see him not miss a shot and kinda looks like a head snap

 

Unfortunately its not clear enough and they aren't on screen long enough to see hacks. Closing for lack of evidence, sorry.
