    There is a problem, a lot of people went back to recruit in infection, its not the first time something like this happened, i lost 4 prestiges and 53 levels in a blink of an eye and i wont just forget about them and pretend nothing happened, you better get this fixed now!

    Oh really, because if i understood well some people didnt lost their levels, so they didnt reseted, and if some people were able to keep it i want my levels back, i got proof that i was prestige 4 level 53, someone has to fix this now! For god sake

    I lost 4 prestiges and 53 levels in an blink of an eye, i wont forget about it until someone fix, i will keep making threads about it.
    THIS is UNACCEPTABLE!

    You will need to send proof of your levels to [email protected]

    Mods cannot take care of this, this will have to be taken care of by the owners of the server.

    Do what Dyna said and don't say "you better fix this!" Because moderators can't do anything yet.

    Yeah i know, and for the guy who said mods cant do anything, well all we have are moderators, owners, developers are the only who could get fixed?
    I doubt builders could fix this and that girl is a forum administrator. .-.

    I told you how to go about getting it fixed, if you choose to go that route, that is your choice.We do not have the permissions to take care of things like that. The owners are the ones that can handle this for you.

    I choosed to ignore?
    No, i sent an email already, about 8 hours ago.
    You staff members choose to ignore us, telling yourselfs there is nothing you can do about it, there is something you can do about it, talk to your superior, because now all mods do is stay on forums, ban some hackers and play games.

    They can message their superior, but unless you didn't know Cypriot and Crew maybe won't listen, maybe they listen but forgets or something else. Back when I used to be a moderator, I didn't really get contact to Cypriot and even less to Crew. However, there is a chance that you manage to make contact with either one of them, but it is not guaranteed. So stop [edited] about "moderators choosing to ignore you".

    Please be patient. They need time to process it. They receive many emails! Also, it should take a maximum of 1 week, so don't expect something to happen in 8 hours. Try going on another gamemode to pass time! :)

    I know this doesn't solve your issue but Cyp has been looking into this for a few days now.
    He is working diligently to find out what is causing this.
