I personally think this user should be perm banned because hes been banned lotta time in the past and on almost all the game modes plus when hes banned he ban evades with his alts : YungBoyardeee, Daiwa420 ( already banned on kitpvp), Penn420 ( already banned on kitpvp). if you check all of his alts, there are plently reports on him.
