I assume when he's inside in the building he uses killaura to kill both of them at nearly the same time.

 

I don't see hacks, at the start the player was bowing the 2 people on the opposite team lowering their health, so when he went in he could kill them both quickly, also I can't really tell what's going in the house so I can't assume anything. I don't see the guy taking anti-kb.
