I would take care of this, unfortunately I do not know how to clear his plot.

 

If u have permission, most admins and mods on servers can just stand on the plot and go /plot clear. If not, set yourself as the plot owner and then clear it, then change the owner back to the original guy. Trust me, I used to co-own someones server
