Alright, so I want to get this cleared up. BoxmanVenture said a death threat on OPFactions, and this was not handled when my brother and sister reported. (<3) It kept getting denied, and that is not right. Are you guys biased or something? Or is it that he told you guys I "photoshop" after he knew what he did was wrong? LOL. Aight, so you are saying I can say "kys" to someone, know what I did was wrong, then warn the mods ahead of time because they know they screwed up? He told me that he "warned the mods that I photoshop." Is that true? I am the one that denied the report and I am as unbiased as they come. What he said wasn't even aimed at you for one. And two, this is a PVP server. Now if he would have said Ill come to your house and cut down some body parts, that is a bit different. He didn't say KYS, that is something completely different. Yes, I did get a message from him ahead of time, but that had no bearing on my decision.
"Come down before I cut down some body parts". You can not use the excuse "Its a pvp server". It just does not work on this report. You can not say what he said, that is very wrong. I am sure if I said it, I would be banned in an instant.
I won't ban for this. I will tag Pile and get her opinion on it. @Pile would you weigh in on this one please. I have already denied it in another report but he insists on reporting it again because he doesn't feel as if it was handled properly.
The only reason I feel it was not handled properly, is because you do not say that.. He said "Before I cut some body parts." How mental is that? People could take that seriously, like I did and report him. First off, you can't "cut body parts" in-game. Even if he said "in-game" right after. And, if however it is not a death threat, it is a threat in general. @Pile final decision please?
The "death threat" rule is one that I have a huge issue with. On PvP servers I am allowed to say "Nitro ima kill you". That is what PvP servers are for. Unless he made a real life threat I would not accept that report. Had he wished cancer on you or said he was going to slaughter your family ofc, but this is a PvP server and my opinion stands. Sorry to disappoint.
