Unfortunately I do not see where he asked you to tpa. This evidence just shows you asking to tpa to him. That is not tpa killing. When you ask to tpa to someone, you risk getting killed. Now if we had evidence of him saying, tpa for free armor, or tpa to help me do something, then that would be tpa killing.
