Not sure if this is in the right place but I'll try it anyways. Tabax was selling an endermen grinder/farm and I sent my little brother the money to buy it and he purchased it then tped me. I claimed it so she couldn't mess with it. I didn't get it all claimed in time because after I purchased it she broke it and now is refusing to pay me then she tped back and my little brother knocked her off the edge and I look over to see them hovering.

I am sorry but this is not enough evidence. Enough evidence to a scam is full agreement to the deal, transaction and what happened afterwards. There is sadly no proof of the full agreement.
