Due to the slight lag and 3rd person view, I really can't determine if it's hacks or not. I'm just going to say no. If it was, he would have been hitting the other user next to you most likely, not just you. There are some hacks that allow a friend but the evidence provided is simply not sufficient enough to determine this.
