me and this guy evil4blast made a deal in gta, if I bought his friend premium I would get gunpowder.I bought premium for his friend I have been fighting with him about it, he has still not given me the gunpowder. I said if he didn't give the gunpowder now I would report tell me what proof I need to get him banned. he also has another account that was banned called alphadestroyer. thx for your time

 

You can charge back on that account if need be, These types of deals are extremely risky which is why I don't recommend them as you can be seriously scammed, You have no proof of the deal ect so my only suggestion is for you to charge back.
