Hello guys, Im back with another report and this time it's about a player who was previously banned from GTA for scamming other players.But this time, he's back but with an alt account with the name ToxicXxkiller29 and he was able to convince someone to but him premium rank in order to make tier donor weapons soulbound in his inventory everytime he is banned.Does this count as an offence since he was banned and he just got an alt account to play GTA know as the name ToxicXxkiller29?Can you please look into this situation because this player will just keep doing anything and I mean anything to keep playing GTA even though he is banned. P.S I chose Kit PvP as the gamemode to report because GTA could not be selected.
