Cobalt banned me earlier and continues to ignore me. After banning me for "auc scamming" I post an appeal that shows that I was going to refund because I was only messing around.

Not only did he Deny and Lock my appeal prematurely without letting me say anything, he says that I am free to pm him with my concerns. (lie)
When I attempt to talk to him he says that since I'm mad, he wont talk to me.... ? I was banned wrongly.... I was pissed.

Later, I post a message on his wall asking nicely for him to give me a chance... At least TALK to me? Because you know... its only your job as a mod to help the community...
He then accuses me of calling him "stupid, just because he banned"

I need someone that will actually help me out and not shove me to the side like Cobalt here.

I have told you, you were banned correctly and will have to wait out your ban time...

 

I told Fruit1k that she could have her money if she gave me my dye. She didnt message me back, shown in my screenshot.

 

What does that mean ? You basically scammed her and was ''joking''. Even if you were joking or not you still auction scammed.

 

That's what I'm trying to say... Contuse_ you will have to wait out your ban and that's final.

I honestly feel this can be dismissed as ban appeals can take some time.
It is not my decision and I don't feel I should make the final call.

 

I looked at this. He replied to your appeal multiple times and gave you reasons was to why he denied it. This is not reportable. He has full ability to deny his abilities to you if one of being erratic. Although, I hope next time he will be more more open to talk with you. Closing this for now. And you can PM if you have an issue with this.
