I thought it was 3 negatives, idk on neutrals and 3 positives??

Can someone tell me if it was changed?

 

I contacted bananaman, and asked him. I even said 3-4 minutes when the gap is 2-3 and he said it counted.

 

But these are all different values, like it's two negatives, two neutrals, and one positive. I've always thought you couldn't do 3 negatives in an hour. And this is only two, and a few other ratings
