You can't exactly fly in infection... Remember, there is a waterfall and he might be going up to the top of it and his entity is out of sync.
He isn't hacking in any way, shape or form. When someone is floating, the server and the user's connection get distortions, messing up the connection. Believe me, it happens for other people all the time, it's just a bug that needs to be fixed.
