6. When I walk out the door.. I see him doing this. We cant destroy this so we are force to look at this ugly thing that he has put here. I asked him to remove it but of course he had to refuse.

I really want this grief to be removed. He should also be punished for what he has done if this is classify as griefing.

If the area outside your friends claim was free, then what he did is completely legal by the rules. We cannot punish him for doing something that isn't against the rules, we can however ask nicely to remove it.
