This is not disrespect, at all. Calling players "ez" is something I don't even bother warning for because it'd take me forever, since everyone does it. If someone says "X was a bad mod", it's their opinion and they're fully entitled to have it as long as they are not expressing it in a rude manner. I see nothing wrong with the two screenshots.
