The only part in question would be the beginning when you had him against the wall. I noticed he got out of it, and was hitting you and epearled quite fast. The player in question (zPinger) records YT videos, in those videos , this player gets 300+ fps. When receiving that amount of FPS it isn't hard to switch and epearl fast, especially with the experience. He was not toggling in this video or hacking in any sense. Invalid.
