      Hello 4timothy,

      I highly recommend that you email [email protected] with the following information:

      • Your IGN (in game name)
      • The issue you are currently experiencing
      • Proof of level completion showing that you cannot rank up
      You may also request that you be changed out of /gamemode 2 as that is usually the issue for level rankup.
