I noticed this report a few days ago, but didn't get the chance to handle it appropriately. From what I can tell, there is no evidence of a death warp, nor evidence they advertised one. Trapping you isn't an actual rule breaker as the command /trapped will teleport you out of a claim at any moment. This being said, I will have to deny this report.
